Last House On The Left (REVIEW)

Synopsis: A family takes a weekend from there stress full lives to relax at a lake house several miles from town. A group of thieves happen to be escaping from town – rape and shoot there daughter and the parents seek revenge.
Opinion: First off i have never seen the original but to me this film delivered on all fronts. I like to look at this film as having two parts with the 1st half being contrived and slow at times and the 2nd half engaging and thrilling. I also thought that it was beautifully shot and for the most part will keep the viewer entertained with some decent acting and death sequences.

1. The film was shot well

1. Casting of daughter
2. First half of the film – slow
3. Story of the daughter was un-engaging
